Forward extrusion sand control filling tool
详细说明
Technical principles:
The pumped mortar reaches the annulus of the casing and sand control column through the oil
pipe. During the squeezing and filling process, the mortar first enters the oil layer, and then passes
through filtration, sedimentation, and compaction to form a continuous and stable sand barrier with
the gravel layer inside the casing. While maintaining the maximum permeability of the filling layer,
it can also facilitate the expansion of loose clay and non reservoir skeleton fine sand particles to flow
out with the liquid without sedimentation blockage, prolonging the effective period of sand control,
And achieve high yields.
Technical features:
a. Using a single pipe column to complete construction significantly reduces operating costs;
b. To form a continuous and stable high-strength sand body by filling sand in the formation and filling sand in the annulus of the pipeline, achieving the best sand control effect;
c. It has the function of fracturing and unblocking, which can improve the diversion capacity of the near wellbore area and increase the production of oil wells;
d. Effectively solve the problem of proppant backflow and crack closure after fracturing, and extend the production cycle of oil wells.
Applicable scope:
a. Low porosity and low permeability - ultra-high porosity and ultra-high permeability;
b. Vertical wells and inclined wells with an angle of ≤ 45 °;
c. Cold and hot recovery wells.
